Curry Chicken

  • One onion (yellow or white)
  • Two apples (Granny smith are good for cooking, but any kind will work. Green or yellow more than red)
  • 2 cups chicken broth (approx)
  • Curry Powder (any type you like, I like to add a bit of extra cumin)
  • Meat (Chicken tonight)
  • Sour cream (optional)
  1. Grate the apple and the onion, sautee until both apple and onion until soft, and raw taste of the onion is gone.
  2. Add chicken broth and boil down for a bit.
  3. Add curry powder to taste. (I use rather a lot).
  4. Stir in sour cream until smooth.
  5. Add meat and cook until done.
