Blackened Baked Salmon

  • Salmon Filet
  • Blackened cajun spices (see here)

  1. Prepare the filet of salmon (roughly 1/2 lb per person) by descaling and drying it if not already prepared.
  2. Liberally season the top of the salmon with the spices and place it on a baking sheet (for easy cleanup, use aluminum foil).
  3. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes or until it flakes when pressed with a fork and is pale pink all the way through.
