Ingredients
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- ~16 oz beef stock
- 3 chicken breasts, cubed
- ~20 drops liquid stevia (or equivalent no-carb sweetener)
- 3 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2-3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp black pepper (fresh ground)
- 1 T olive oil
Directions - Pour tomato sauce in a pot over low heat
- Add seasonings (besides olive oil) to tomato sauce
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry chicken pieces
- Add cooked chicken to the tomato sauce and simmer (with lid) for ~10 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
If you eat all the sauce (this makes way too much, so maybe just pour it over the chicken?), it's 5g net carbs. |
