Ethnically Ambiguous Tomato Chicken

Ingredients
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • ~16 oz beef stock
  • 3 chicken breasts, cubed
  • ~20 drops liquid stevia (or equivalent no-carb sweetener)
  • 3 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2-3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp black pepper (fresh ground)
  • 1 T olive oil
Directions
  1. Pour tomato sauce in a pot over low heat
  2. Add seasonings (besides olive oil) to tomato sauce
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry chicken pieces
  4. Add cooked chicken to the tomato sauce and simmer (with lid) for ~10 minutes
  5. Serve and enjoy!
If you eat all the sauce (this makes way too much, so maybe just pour it over the chicken?), it's 5g net carbs.
