Thin Mint Copycat

Ingredients
  • 2-1/4 c all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c cornstarch
  • 6 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 1/2 c butter, room temp
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract
  • 3/4 t peppermint extract
Directions
  1. Whisk together flour, cornstarch, cocoa and salt.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar. Mix in milk and extracts on low. Gradually add dry mix.
  3. Shape into two logs ~1.5" diameter. Wrap in plastic, freeze 1-2 hrs.
