Ingredients- 2 c salted butter, softened
- 1.5 c sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 5 c flour
Directions- Cream butter, then gradually add in sugar
- Blend in yolks and eggs
- Stir in almond extract and 1 cup flour
- Stir in 4 more cups flour
- Pack into cookie press, then press cookies onto a cookie sheet and decorate with sprinkles
- Bake 8-10 min @ 400 F
Note: - Note: If you use unsalted butter, add approx 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
- Recipe originally included 1.5c margarine, 0.5c unsalted butter with the first step being to cream together butter and margarine
