Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
  • 1 28 oz. can canned pumpkin (1 lb 10 oz can)
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 4 egg, beaten
  • Mom's Pie Crust
Directions:
Combine ingredients in mixer. Beat well.  Pour into 3 8-inch unbaked pie shells.  Bake at 400F for 15 minutes and then at 300F for 45 minutes more.
