Lemon Meringue Pie

Ingredients

Pie filling
  • 1 C sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/3 C cornstarch
  • 7 oz lemonade (I think she used the frozen concentrate)
  • 4 beaten egg yolks
  • 2 Tbs oleo (yuk)
  • 1-1/2 C hot water
Meringue
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp lemon extract

The second part would be the meringue i think. Bake at 325 degrees. I don't know how long to bake, that info wasn't on the card.  I don't know if she used a baked or unbaked pie crust.  Let me know how it turns out!  Happy Thanksgiving!
